St. Mary School uses FACTS Management Company for tuition collection. All families are required to enroll in FACTS regardless of payment method. Parents are able to view their payment activities and payment schedules online.


You can create your FACTS account, or access your current account, by clicking the button below. In the process of creating an account, you will choose which payment plan you wish to be on and which method of payment you wish to use. Please review the Payment Schedule information below.
Payment Schedules
  • Full payment – due August, 2022.
  • Two payments –50% due August, 2022 and 50% due January, 2023.
  • Quarterly payments – Due August, 2022, November, 2022, January, 2023, and March, 2023.
  • 10 monthly payments – due each month beginning August, 2022 through May, 2023.
  • 11 monthly payments – due each month beginning July, 2022 through May, 2023

Method of Payments and Fees
  • Automatic withdrawal from a bank account (ACH).
  • Credit card payments - There is a 2.85% convenience fee to offset the charges from the credit card company.
  • A $30 NSF fee will be assessed by FACTS to families when funds are not available. Current family agreements will automatically rollover. Call the school office at 708-442-5747 if you have any questions.
