LEAD Extended Care Registration

Please review the following information carefully before registering:
  • Families must sign up monthly for LEAD.
  • You Must pay one week prior to the following Month.
  • There is a multiple child discount (see montly pricing chart below)
  • Only register the children that are attending LEAD rather than the number of children you have enrolled at St. Mary School.
  • Before care runs 7:00-8:00am
  • After care runs 3:00-6:00pm

  • Every student after 3 is free

LEAD Day Pass

  • The Day Pass is $25 per family.
  • This pass can only be used 2 times per week.
  • Once this form is filled out you do not need to fill it out again for a day pass. If not paid you will be called to pay or pick up your child.
  • If you fail to register your child for the next session you will be charged the Day Pass price.​
